Code Red!!!! The best workshop I've attended in a long time! We split into teams (CIO, CTO, CMO, CISO, Compliance) and worked through the simulation. The scenario was realistic as we had to wade through information to decide what was important or not while trying to assess the risk, stop the risk, assess the exposure, communicate internally and respond to stakeholders, employers, regulators. All this while trying to restore operations as soon as possible. It was like a real-life breakout room on steroids! Highly recommend for any management team wanting some insights on their cybersecurity posture and readiness. Thanks to the whole BCCS Cluster and my "colleagues" for making this an interesting and VALUABLE experience.
